The Billy McNeill Commemoration Committee is a charity based in Bellshill, Scotland.
Our initial objective was to fund the erection of a statue of Billy McNeill in his hometown.
Our charity was created to support local youth, groups, and schools in promoting sports participation and providing relief to those in need due to age, ill health, disability, financial hardship, or other disadvantages. We aim to continue “in the footsteps of Cesar” and emulate the commendable work by Billy, ensuring that his legacy endures.
